CPV Manufacturing’s Accomplishments in 2016
For more than a century, CPV Manufacturing has worked to grow and evolve along with the industry to better serve our customers. Every year, we’re proud to achieve those goals and do all we can to improve our business and services, and 2016 was no different.
Here’s a look at some of the biggest news and accomplishments for CPV Manufacturing in 2016.
A New Focus on Customer Service
At CPV Manufacturing, we’re always evolving so we can provide the best in customer service. That’s why we recruited a number of new employees to our inside sales and customer service team, led by David London, Vice President of Sales. We were also happy to welcome a few new members to our production team in 2016.
With our new employees’ fresh ideas and insights, as well as their dedication to providing the highest level of service, they provided new ways for CPV Manufacturing to deliver that kind of dedicated service throughout 2016. Moreover, we’re sure that they and the rest of the CPV team will continue to provide exceptional customer service for 2017 and beyond.
CPV Manufacturing Partners with W&O
CPV Manufacturing is excited to announce that we’ve partnered with W&O. W&O is one of the world’s biggest suppliers of pipes, valves, and fittings for the maritime and upstream oil and gas industries.
The partnership makes W&O the master distributor for CPV Manufacturing and will provide new solutions for our customers. It also gives our customers more access to CPV Manufacturing’s high-quality valves and fittings. With this partnership, consumers will be able to find CPV Manufacturing products through our and W&O’s customer service teams.
Class 10,000 Oxygen Clean Room
Last year, CPV Manufacturing decided to invest and install a class 10,000 oxygen clean room in our facility. Our state-of-the-art clean room ensures that all our products used in oxygen services are clean, safe, and free of hydrocarbons.
We were also audited by Air Liquide and Praxair. CPV Manufacturing received high marks from both companies, which showed that our facility exceeds industry standards.
Douglas MacLatchie Comes Onboard as Our New Engineering Manager
In 2016, CPV Manufacturing was happy to introduce Douglas MacLatchie as our new engineering manager. He’s responsible for maintaining our engineering department and helps with projects for process control, product improvements, customer requests, and product developments.
Before joining the CPV Manufacturing family, MacLatchie was a mechanical designer for Robert E. Lamb, Inc. He was also a project manager and the engineering manager at The John Wood Company. With more than 11 years of experience in the industry, CPV Manufacturing is happy and proud to have MacLatchie on the team!
